Stephen H. Helfrich
Mr. Helfrich attended the University of Maryland where he received his degree in Political Science in May 1970. Mr. Helfrich graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law located in Baltimore, Maryland in June 1973, and was admitted to the Bar of Maryland Court of Appeals in December 13, 1973.
Following graduation from law school, he clerked for the law firm of Slaby & Green in Prince George’s County, Maryland and subsequently became an associate in that firm and then a partner in the law firm of Slaby & Helfrich in 1978. Upon the retirement of Robert P. Slaby in August 1983, Mr. Helfrich incorporated his practice with that of Henri deLozier, Jr. forming Helfrich & deLozier.
Mr. Helfrich has represented numerous real estate developers, builders, brokers and community associations in a general real estate law practice and has represented numerous business entities in the Central and Southern Maryland communities. |
