Henri C. deLozier, Jr.
Mr. deLozier attended the University of Maryland at College Park, where he received a degree in Business and Public Administration with a minor in Finance in January 1970. Mr. deLozier graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law located in Baltimore, Maryland in June 1973, and was admitted to the Bar of Maryland Court of Appeals on December 13, 1973.

Following graduation from law school, he clerked for the Honorable James F. Couch, Jr. in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, and was associated with a prominent Prince George’s County firm representing a number of prestigious commercial clients. In 1977, Mr. deLozier formed his own practice and subsequently incorporated his practice with that of Stephen H. Helfrich in August 1983 forming Helfrich & deLozier. The firm has a number of prestigious commercial clients and has benefited numerous private citizens in connection with representation necessary throughout the State of Maryland.

Mr. deLozier is a native Washingtonian, who has had the benefit of a certain degree of notoriety in connection with golf having competed in the Masters Tournament on two occasions in Augusta, Georgia and having played amateur golf on a competitive level for a number of years.

 

Stephen H. Helfrich
Mr. Helfrich attended the University of Maryland where he received his degree in Political Science in May 1970. Mr. Helfrich graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law located in Baltimore, Maryland in June 1973, and was admitted to the Bar of Maryland Court of Appeals in December 13, 1973.

Following graduation from law school, he clerked for the law firm of Slaby & Green in Prince George’s County, Maryland and subsequently became an associate in that firm and then a partner in the law firm of Slaby & Helfrich in 1978.  Upon the retirement of Robert P. Slaby in August 1983, Mr. Helfrich incorporated his practice with that of Henri deLozier, Jr. forming Helfrich & deLozier.

Mr. Helfrich has represented numerous real estate developers, builders, brokers and community associations in a general real estate law practice and has represented numerous business entities in the Central and Southern Maryland communities.
