Helfrich & deLozier was formed in 1983 by Stephen H. Helfrich, Esquire, and Henri C. deLozier, Jr., Esquire, to provide quality legal services involving commercial business and transactions and matters involving representation of private persons to the Washington Metropolitan area. Both Stephen Helfrich and Henri deLozier are experienced attorneys having been admitted to the Bar of the state of Maryland in December 1973. Each have had the opportunity to appear before numerous courts in the State of Maryland, including virtually all of the Circuit and District Courts in the state as well as the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and Maryland Court of Appeals.
